Session Description

This masterclass explores how middle leaders can build cultures of inquiry within their schools. Participants will learn to engage with educational research—understanding what counts as meaningful evidence, how to interpret it wisely, and how to apply it in real school contexts. The session introduces practitioner inquiry as a powerful approach for investigating classroom practice and turning professional curiosity into disciplined improvement. Attendees will leave with a glimpse into the module ‘Research in Action’ for the upcoming fourth edition of ECIS MLP June 2026 session.
